This experiment was pretty interesting, it reminded me of something I would have done in 6th grade or something though.

Survival of the Fittest M&Ms
It's been a little while so I'll have to play catch up, forgive me, I really have no excuse other than playing in the sun :) A couple weeks ago, we did a survival of the fittest experiment in Anthropology with M&M's. We basically had to get a bag of M&Ms, pour them over red and blue papers, close our eyes for 30 seconds, open our eyes and grab as many as we see. Then, close our eyes for 10 seconds and pick only one that we see. Repeat this step nine times. Do the entire experiment for each piece of paper. Here is my hypothesis and the results: Peanut butter M&M’s “Sharing size” Hypothesis: I think that the first 3 times, the colors that are within the same hues of the color of paper will not be visible to me. I think that after the second interval of counting (10 seconds) my eyes will adjust and I will be able to see the rest of the colors that were previously invisible.
